In 2006  Colfin Smokehouse was awarded the Gold in two categories; Smoked Trout and Smoked Salmon (Farmed). Colfin Smokehouse also supplied the Salmon for a Civic Luncheon held in Dumfries for Her Majesty the Queen. This year, 2007, we have scooped yet another Gold Award for our smoked produce. Thanks to all who voted for us! We specialise in Smoked Salmon, Smoked Trout, Smoked Mussels, Colfin Smoked Kippers, Smoked Mackerel, Smoked Eel, Smoked Haddock, Smoked Cheese and Smoked Chicken, Smoked Tuna.
